CORN 'Black Aztec'

Heirloom grown since pre-Columbian times, this variety has long, slender ears which turn deep blue-black at maturity. Good for fresh eating and roasting when the kernels are young and white, and makes excellent blue corn meal when mature. Considered a sweet corn, but probably not as sweet as the modern types. 85 days
