GYNURA 'Okinawa Spinach' --Gynura crepioides--

Beautiful purple-toned gynura spinach (AKA, 'Longevity spinach' or 'Leaves of the Gods'. Research shows that it is an efficient regulator of blood sugar.). Great to cook and eat as a vegetable, also ornamental - orange flowers add a lovely pop of contrast. Sturdy leaves less great as a fresh salad green.
