Dianella tasmanica 'Variegata' --Variegated Flax Lily--

A little like a grass, a little like a spider plant, this is a gorgeous stripey understory plant from Australia and Tasmania. Tolerant of heat, sun (prefers afternoon shade during the hottest part of the year), shade, and drought, it's great for Texas yards. Small blue-violet flowers in mid spring. Clumps are about 2x2', container suitable. To spread, divide clumps in late fall.
