Radishes

Radishes, botanical name Raphanus raphanistrum subsp. sativus, are in the brassica family, and all brassicas have edible greens!  We recommend harvesting leaves selectively during the growing season and picking the radish after a long and satisfying period of snacking on yummy greens.
