Brugmansia sanguinea is a large, fast growing shrub with soft branches, large and soft furry leaves. It is originally native to high altitudes in the Andes between 2000 and 3000 m from Colombia to Bolivia. This newly discovered, spectacular form produces masses of long, trumpet-shaped, deep red to pinkish red flowers.
