ASIAN GREENS 'Dwarf Four Inch'

Pretty pak choi has itty bitty white spoon-shaped petioles and dark green, glossy leaves. To harvest, cut the short root stem below the base and lift away the head - harvest around 4" tall, ideally in the morning before the sun has pulled moisture from the leaves. Use in stir-fries, sauté, or braise. To prepare, rinse well and separate the stems before tearing leaf greens from ribs. Cut into thin slices. 40-45 days. Note: similar growth patterns to "dwarf white stem" and "extra dwarf" and may appear the same as one of the others
