ASIAN GREENS 'Misome'

Relatively recent hybrid between Komatsuna and Tatsoi, this versatile, uniform, and hardy green grows upright, to around 10 inches tall, and produces tender, thick, savory, deep green leaves. Heat tolerant and can be grown throughout the year. Leaves can be harvested young at around 5", water well as plant is coming to harvestable size for the best tenderness. Excellent for salads, tsukemono (Japanese pickles), and stir-fry. More tender than kale with a delicious peppery, nutty flavor. 30 days.
