BLACKBERRY 'Natchez Thornless' --Rubus fruticosus--

BLACKBERRY 'Natchez Thornless' --Rubus fruticosus--

Thornless means fewer and softer thorns - we have not found a fully thornless blackberry yet. Natchez is more vigorous but has more small thorns. Some of the biggest fruit available, up to 1.5" long! Juicy, dark purple, and delicious. Longer shelf life than most blackberries, heat tolerant and fast-growing with high yields. Perennial root system, but each cane (stem) produces fruit in the second year. Needs nutrient-rich soil and full sun for best production.
