CAULIFLOWER 'Romanesco'

16th century Italian heirloom. Crisp, apple-green spiked heads. Excellent nutty flavor - though worth growing just for the wild, whorled, and fractal looks alone. Romanesco is sometimes called Cauliflower and sometimes Broccoli, but always the same great plant! Thrives under adequate (but not excessive) moisture. 75-100 days.
