CHERRY 'o' the Rio Grande' --Eugenia aggregata--

Shrubby fruit tree with rich red fruit well into the summer. Hardy to 20 degrees once established, so plant against a protected south-facing wall with plenty of sun. Drought tolerant, though likes plenty of water when fruiting. Prune to 6' for convenient harvest.
