Chlorophytum comosum --Green Spider Plant--

AKA Hen and Chickens, native to tropical Africa. Spider plants are a great easy houseplant. Prefers soil to stay lightly damp, bright, indirect light (too much shade and the stripes can disappear), and room temperatures. Sometimes called an airplane plant.
