COLLARDS 'Ole Timey Blue'

Alabama heirloom variety. Traditionally used in the South to make delicious tangy sauerkraut. Rare tender blue-green leaves with pink veins and stems on 2' tall plants. Pink and bluish coloration is accentuated after a frost. 60-80 days.
