Colocasia esculenta --Burgundy Stem Elephant Ear--

Big and dramatic at 6' tall, with deep purple petioles (stalks) leading to the 3' long, giant green leaves with a slight hazy purple cast. 1' tall yellow flowers and quite a few runners, though slow to spread. Hardy in 8b! Higher growth with more frequent feeding.
