Euphorbia lactea 'Cristata' --Crested White Ghost Elkhorn--

Sometimes called "coral cactus" or "elkhorn" for its wavy rippled growth habit, though it isn't a true cactus. Stays quite compact, only a few inches tall. Drought tolerant, needs great drainage and infrequent watering, full sun/part shade, protect from frost. White latex sap from broken foliage is a skin irritant. NOT grafted.
