Solidago nemoralis --Gray Goldenrod--

One of the gorgeous yellows that cover the roadsides in Texas in the fall (along with a variety of sunflowers). This is a shorter goldenrod growing up to 2 feet tall, with a plethora of rich yellow bloom spikes all through fall when not much else is in bloom. Attracts butterflies, drought tolerant, full sun.
