South African native - "cymbiformis" means boat-shaped, a reference to the cupped and keeled leaves. The tips are translucent in stained-glass patterns. Blooms white to pale pink on a tall flower spike in early spring to summer. Morning sun, part shade in the afternoon, drought tolerant, protect from frost.
