Haworthia obtusa 'Purple'

Little South African succulent, with incredible transparent windows in the leaf tips. Readily darkens into the purple range when exposed to brighter light and given less water - windows stay clear. Grows in clusters and pups readily - likes well-drained soil and bright light, but full sun can discolor the leaves.
