Gorgeously lacy, ruffled and fringed flowers have drooping, 4" stamens with a puff on the end like the haircut on a fancy poodle! East African native shrub with rich, shiny, dark green foliage grows 6-8'. Blooms on short spurs from last year's growth, so blooms better if unpruned. Great in containers, garden beds, and as a hedge. Loves sun and needs rich, moist soil. Deer resistant.
