MAQUI --Aristotelia chilensis--

AKA Chilean wine berry. Evergreen shrub growing up to 9x16'. Prefers well-drained moist soil/ requires sun over shade. Marketed as a “superfruit” - high antioxidant content berries that taste like blackberry. Once mature (around 7 years), can produce up to 22 pounds of fruit per season! Great food forest addition!
