Amazing African medicinal! Closely related to our other succulent herbs like Lemon Leaf and Cuban Oregano, in the plectranthus and coleus family. The leaves are crushed in water and used for panic attacks, stomachaches, fevers, headaches, & female reproductive complaints like dysmenorrhoea and infertility. Aromatic member of the mint family, contains anticonvulsants.
