MINT 'Peppermint' --Mentha x. piperita--

Excellent for stomach indigestion. Lends its spiciness to many dishes. Peppermint plants are a hybrid of spearmint, M. spicata, and watermint, M. hirsuta, this variety is a fertile hybrid, but its seeds, like other F1 hybrids, could resemble any characteristics of its parental genetics. True peppermint is the direct seed from spearmint and watermint, and is best propagated by cuttings. Great mint for tea, vigorous grower, will produce bushier, fuller growth when frequently pruned.
