Really nice dwarf clumping ground-cover grass - dark green, lawn-like foliage will form a tight mat, 3" tall, and spreading. Rhizomes have been used in traditional Chinese medicine. Evergreen, cold-tolerant, full to part shade, drought-tolerant.
