Fast-growing, drought-resistant tree, native to the Himalayan region. 30-40 ft. leaves contain vitamins A, B, C & K, manganese & protein, plus having antifungal, antiviral, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory properties. A truly miraculous plant, eaten raw or cooked, no home should be without! All parts of the Moringa tree are edible, from leaves to roots, including pods, bark, nuts, etc... Sometimes called Ben Oil Tree, Drumstick Tree, or Horseradish Tree. Incredibly heat and drought tolerant once established, plant in a sheltered area (against a south-facing wall or corner) for winter survival.
