Salvia microphylla --Hot Lips Mountain Sage--

Two-tone flowers with white tops and red bottoms bloom spring through fall. In hotter weather, flowers have more red, sometimes up to the full flower, and in cooler weather, will take on the customary lipstick pattern. Performs best in full sun but tolerates part shade well. Well-drained soil. Height 2 to 3 feet with similar spread, Attracts butterflies & hummingbirds. Deer resistant. Drought tolerant.
