MUSTARD GREENS 'Scarlet Frill'

Specialty variety of purple-red mustard from Japan, often used as a garnish in gourmet cuisine. The unique lacy, frilly deep red and purple leaves have a distinctly spicy flavor. Harvest throughout it's growth from microgreen, to baby greens, to full maturity, and for continuous harvest, cut only outer leaves so the center will keep producing. Adds a colorful, spicy addition to any salad, and can be used in any dark greens recipe. Can be stir-fried or roasted. F1 hybrid, 20 days baby, 55 days full size.
