Epidendrum radicans --Fire-star Orchid--

AKA "Reedstem" Great orchid for beginning growers! Large clusters of red-orange dramatic flowers are long-lasting, and growth is forgiving for an orchid. Will bloom easily if given plenty of bright, indirect light - if in too much shade, will be leggy and reluctant to bloom. Increase watering when new growth appears in spring, decrease again in fall. We recommend a 20/10/20 fertiliser and added calcium. Protect from frost - lower temp range 40-50F. High humidity or frequent misting.
