PEA 'Blue Queen Butterfly' --Clitoria ternatea--

Double-petaled, intensely blue blossoms are both ornamental and edible! Great as a food dye (blue rice pudding for the kids!), salad garnish, and soothing tea. Vines are heat and humidity tolerant, great for arbors, trellises, and covering fences. Fun strain from Thailand. Adding a drop of lemon to the blue tea made from the blossoms will turn it hot pink like a magic trick!
