Penstemon baccharifolius --Rock Penstemon--

Pretty, low & dense clumps of dark green leaves form clouds of cherry-red blooms that hover over the foliage in summer. Full sun, drought tolerant, deer resistant. Root hardy in winter - prune to ground in early spring for bushiest growth. Grows to 1.5 feet tall/wide. Hummingbirds love it!
