PEPPER 'Burning Bush'
AKA Burning Bush Habanero, is a hybrid that looks very similar to the Chichzen Itza and has an immaculate fruity taste. This is a new hybrid in its first generation, so pods may have some variance. Very early maturing for a super-hot, 2-3 weeks earlier than most habaneros. 3" fruit ripen to a lovely peach-orange, flavor is floral and fruity, with some bitter and dark notes, great for cooking, roasting, hot sauce, and fresh eating. On the cool side for a super-hot pepper, at 180,000 SHU, 80-90 days. F1 hybrid.
