Related to our Tova pepper but with a bushier habit like chile pequin; young leaves are greyish in color and green as they age. Bolivian native species AKA "Covincha Pepper", "Canary Islands Pepper", or "ají putaparió". This is a rare wild pepper that grows as a short, white-flowered shrub up to 24". Not often cultivated! When eating it, local residents are often inspired to call it various colorful terms because of its intense heat! 50-100K SHU.
