Philodendron crassinervium

VERY rare! Climbing type with very long, lance-shaped leaves with deep veins. Leaves can get up to 3 feet long! Along the midvein, there are small red glands that produce a clear sap that results in a freckled-look on both sides of the leaves, and the aerial roots are red when first appearing, fading to a nice dark brown with age. Can tolerate lower light, place within 6' of a south-facing window, keep soil lightly moist. Sensitive to minerals, so distilled is best, or infrequent flush watering.
