Portulaca pilosa --Pink Purslane--

Sometimes called kiss-me-quick or hairy pigweed for the hairs that cover it in dry growing conditions. Plant changes size, leaf shape, hairiness, and growth habit depending on age and environment. Can be larger, sprawling and add erect stems later (wet), compact, erect and slowly branching (dry), have wider, longer, and flatter leaves (young growth), or short, skinny, and chubby leaves (older growth). Plant is possibly native to Texas, certainly found and grows well here, though it is also found in central and south America, and some believe it naturalised in the Americas from an Asia origin.
