New variety russet bred in Maine, w/ white, dry flesh that's great for baking. Potatoes are cool-season vegetables and can survive light frosts. "New" potatoes can be harvested in 7-8 weeks, full sized potatoes can be harvested after around 3-4 mo., 2 wks after the foliage dies back (this delay allows the skin to set.)
