POTATO 'Rose Finn Apple Fingerling'
POTATO 'Rose Finn Apple Fingerling'
Very old heirloom from the 1840s! Rare rosy-colored skin with waxy golden flesh is great baked or boiled. To avoid knobbiness, water regularly without letting them dry completely. Potatoes are cool-season vegetables and can survive light frosts. "New" potatoes can be harvested in 7-8 weeks, full sized potatoes can be harvested after around 3-4 months, 2 weeks after the foliage dies back (this delay allows the skin to set.)
