Salvia disjuncta --Southern Mexico Sage--
Mexican to Guatemalan native sage with bright red blooms and fuzzy leaves. Attracts pollinators and hummingbirds. Blooms late in summer and into autumn. Plants up to 4'. Full sun to part shade, well-drained soil. Quite cold-tolerant, by some reporting to 6° unmulched!
