Easy to grow variety dating back to 1933, very popular in Italy. Smooth leaves are large and dark green. Perfect for boiling, canning and freezing. A great variety to use especially in any Italian recipe that calls for spinach. Prefers full sun, but grows best in cooler temps. Slow Bolting. Heirloom, 45 days.
