Euphorbia characias ssp. wulfenii --Mediterranean Spurge--

This is so Spectacular it's hard to describe! Attractive blue green foliage grows in clusters of spiky bursts, and when blooming each is topped with a huge fireworks blast of lime yellow blooms. Evergreen, up to 5' tall, 4' wide, well drained soil, full sun, hardy to 5F.
