Anasazi x Tuxedo cross sweet corn with excellent seedling vigor and good husk cover. F5 means the corn has been grown, and the best ears are seeds saved, for 5 generations, stabilized to a point where you can reliably save and re-grow the seed. Large ears with large kernels, creamy and stand up well to boiling or grilling, but only modestly sweet. Ears are colorful and variable. Most are quite large. Colors become more pronounced as corn matures. For a lot of color, you want the corn a little over ripe. At a more tender stage, the kernels often have only a hint of color.
