SWEET TEA VINE --Gynostemma pentaphyllum--
SWEET TEA VINE --Gynostemma pentaphyllum--
AKA Jiaogulan or poor-man's ginseng, and the fairly intense designator "Immortality Plant", leaves of this climbing 5-leaf vine are used in Chinese medicine as a tisane or tincture. Vigorous and fast-growing, tolerates sun and shade, heat and cold. Just make sure it doesn't get too dry, and it will perform wonderfully.
