TOMATO 'Burmese Sour'

Really cool heirloom found in a Yangon market in Myanmar. Dramatically ribbed with satiny scarlet flesh, this is a very beautiful and unusual tomato, and the taste is fantastic as well! It offers a lovely tart flavor that is superior for cooking. It averages in size from 5 to 10 ounces. Excellent in Burmese tomato salad (a highly flavorful delicacy you should definitely try making!) and curries, as well as a general-purpose slicing and saucing tomato. 80 days, open-pollinated heirloom.
