Gorgeous ribbed beefsteak introduced from Russia. Uniform size and quality, large and perfect looking. It’s a vibrant watermelon pink color with cream colored speckles that really make the fruit sparkle. Short, indeterminate plants produce a large mass of fruit in a thick clustered area in the center of the plant, but still should be trellised to support the weight of these chonkers. The flavor is sweet and mild; the flesh is firm and the seeds are very few. 75 days, open-pollinated heirloom.
