Gorgous, deep red, heavily fluted Italian heirloom. Rather small, up to 6oz. Similar to Costoluto Genovese, great for sauces, drying, and stuffing. We don't sell many determinate - this is for you if you want to do one big harvest and process! Harvest gently, skin bruises easily. 70-90 days.
