The legendary Jersey tomato! This is a cross between Campbell's J.T.D and Marglobe, introduced in 1934. Good for canning, juicing, and fresh eating. Large red 8 oz globes. Good yields & flavor on large, sturdy vines. High sugars and high acids with a thin skin give it amazing flavor and qualities for cooking, but less shelf life than modern tomatoes bred for durability and mechanized harvest over flavor. Determinate/semi-determinate means you can harvest all at once and do your canning or production in one fell swoop! 75 days, OP heirloom.
