Tradescantia pallida 'Purpurea' --Variegated Purple Heart Wandering Jay--

Trailing evergreen (ever-purple?) tender perennial is a striking stripey purple in stem, leaf, and bloom. In good conditions, will root from every node, creating a carpet of rich groundcover. Can die back in a freeze but is root hardy. Also great in a hanging basket.
