Shrubby herb with flowers & leaves used for medicine & flavoring alcoholic drinks, the classic plant that supposedly makes absinthe have its 'special' characteristics. Oil contains thujone which can stimulate the nervous system. Beautiful silver green foliage. 3ft. Drought tolerant. Prefers nitrogen rich soil. Incredibly well adapted to our zone, tolerates all Austin area conditions and thrives, blooming several times a year.
