ZAATAR --Origanum syriacum--

Staff favorite! Wild relative of oregano, flavor has hints of thyme and marjoram. Has points over thyme because of the large, easy to pick leaves. Pairs deliciously with fresh tomatoes & feta. Essential in mid-eastern condiments, and you'll want it in all your other dishes also!
