Hardy and perennial! Wild arugula, or wall-rocket has a strong flavor, and the yellow flowers are also edible raw or stir-fried, with a nutty, spicy flavor. Thick-leaved and erect plant. 1-2 days slower growing than Torino, so useful to extend the harvest window in continual sowings. Good shelf life. Best for summer crops. Native to Europe and Western Asia. Naturalized throughout much of the temperate world. 60-70 days.
