CARDAMOM 'Ethiopian' --Aframomum corrorima--
Ginger family plant sometimes called "Grains of Paradise" in which, unusually, the seeds (instead of the the root) are used as a spice in Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine, and sometimes to flavor coffee. Tasting very similar to true cardamom, it is also used in Ethiopian traditional medicine.
