Mmm, garlic. This hardneck purple stripe type holds well on the shelf, in large heads that can hold up to a dozen cloves. Heirloom from the republic of Georgia. Great for baking and after roasting can caramelize into sweetness. 100-150 days to maturing spring/summer, 225-250 fall/winter.
