GARLIC 'Early Purple Italian' --Allium sativum--

Great softneck garlic, artichoke style, great shelf life of several months when properly cured, attractive when braided. More adapted to heat than many garlics. Though the name says purple, our bulbs were a creamy color, with 7-9 large, fragrant cloves each. Matures up to 10 days earlier than other garlics, harvest about a week after leafy tops wither. 90-140 days to maturing spring/summer, 215-240 fall/winter.
